  The Hotel Traube is an exceptionally beautiful older hotel. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. When we arrived we were given an upgrade to an apartment, which gave us a lot of room with a balcony. The breakfast room is large and beautifully furnished. It is close to restaurants and shoppi - We preferred to be out of the city centre so this hotel suited us. The tram stop is a few minutes walk and trams to Heidelberg run every 10 minutes during the day. Our Sat Nav found the hotel no problem. Approx. 10 minutes from the A5. We had a parking space in the courtyard but parking might be a problem when all the rooms are full. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean. Wi Fi good. Good value for money. Bars and restaurants near the hotel.

  Excellent money value! It was a very rare experience. At the moment we arrived, me and my husband felt very welcome. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We booked the Deluxe apartment, and when we got in, I just couldn't believe my eyes. The room was amazing! It was huge and much nicer than the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. Really!
