  We had excellent service from the friendly staff at ISG. They also had washing facilities which was very handy after a week or so on the road.   Good location in the city - bus-stop to Heidelberg is very close. Near there are 2 big supermarkets. Very friendly staff, Mr. Thomas Schroth helped us with check-in, thought it was not check-in time. He also helped with the transfer to Heidelberg. I'm also very satisfied with the breakfasts.
