  They had free wi-fi - it didn't work at first but was fixed quickly. The location is excellent - in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg close to Kastanienallee and many cafés and restaurants.   Outstanding service; nice, clean big rooms; convenient location; quiet. Room was exactly as shown in pictures. Easy check-in and check-out process. - The location is to my taste the best location in Berlin. It would beimpossible to find a hotel in a better location.

  The location was good, just a little out of the heart of the city. There was plenty of room to move around. Everyone on the staff spoke fluent English. Best food is two streets behind the hotel. Not a great selection on the main street. But found plenty of great food two blocks behind the hotel. If you want to get away great hotel...if you ... 别人怎么说 » want to see the city this might be a little bit of a pain to take the metro everyday or walk 15 min (depends how tired you are) - Loved the style! Also, I loved being in Prenzlauer Berg close to great shops, restaurants, etc. It is conveniently located to Alexanderplatz, but not too close that the Chaos from that comes near by. You can take the tram 3 stops or walk there. Beautiful light, comfortable studio! I wish I had an apt. like this in Berlin. :)

  We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard.   The flat is centrally located close to public transport. It is excellent value for money and offers all basic amenities, which are of good quality. The flexibility re check-out time was a great bonus.
