  This was one of the most professional, service-oriented staffs I have ever encountered and I am in the event business. This hotel would get a rating of 11 if there was an 11. The accommodated us in everyway. Wonderful staff, great restaurants and bars, great food for room service, large room, clean room, comfortable beds. I was shocked for the low rate we paid how excellent this place was. 8 minute walk to the cathedral and train station was good too.
