  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great size and hotel is in fantastic location on Ku'damm, near trains, shops and great restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.   This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful.   Berlin was beautiful and the trip was made better by the super friendlyand helpful staff. I was able to shower and stow my luggage prior togetting into the room because I arrived a bit early, the hotel wasexcellent in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness. The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe.   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.
