The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff.

restaurants,cafes, and shopping. -
The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage
stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you
walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big
hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor,
Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!

The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -
