Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area.   Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel. The hotel room is fairly new with a co - I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean.
