  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great size and hotel is in fantastic location on Ku'damm, near trains, shops and great restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
