  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  I've lived for 5 days in studio apartment. It's comfortable and modern. Just 3 minutes from U-bahn Westfriedhof with direct connection to the center of the city / Main train station (15 min). I had equipped kitchenette with dishes, iron with iron board, TV, fridge and kettle. Walls are sound-proof, bright lamp in the room. Despite I made a mistake leaving the apartment key, the person emailing me was very patient and polite, and also kept me posted until the situation was solved.   Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard.   The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills. The range of food available at breakfast was great.
