  Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time ... 别人怎么说 » there if we hadn't done so much sightseeing! - Everything! I can't say enough terrific things about this property. I look forward to my next visit there and will recommend it to everyone I know travelling to Berlin.

  The hotel is a super place to stay.All the staff are so friendly and unassuming.I stayed there with a group of 12 and everything we asked for was done.The spa/swimming pool is a wonderful addition and a great place to unwind - Helpful friendly and efficient reception staff.   Berlin was beautiful and the trip was made better by the super friendlyand helpful staff. I was able to shower and stow my luggage prior togetting into the room because I arrived a bit early, the hotel wasexcellent in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness. The room had alavazza espresso machine, convenient internet access (both wireless andether... 别人怎么说 » net). It was close to the trains and bus - everythings , location, staff, i was realy very satisfy during my stay in it, and i want to make a special thanks for miss sozana from the reception with all our regards to her( seham, hessah, wasmiyah and mother) for her cooperation and kidness
