  The hotel was situated ideally for my stay i attended a racing pigeon convention and the hotel was not more that 10mins walk to the arena that it was staged so no transport costs.   Lovely room and view, pretty gardens, friendly staff, close enough to underground, near to stadium and running track - Great hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean.
