The staff were very polite andhelpful and spoke good English. The room was both nice and spacious. Westayed over Christmas and were given a basket of gingerbread, fruit andeven a Christmas present. Location (close to U-Bahn), quiet and availability of parking. - The staff all spoke good English , were more than helpfull , the rooms were comfortable , the car parking on site was good and the continental breakfast was very acceptable. The rooms were quite with no traffic noise.

The location is fabulous. You can walk to everything -- and we did! Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good.
