  The staff were very helpful and friendly & spoke English. The room was dated but quite nice with a separate dressing area & comfortable beds. The bathroom was OK except the bath was very high to get of (difficult when your mobility is not good). The breakfast was lovely - hot and cold food with crepes which we hadn't had anywhere else. I would recommend this hotel apart from when it is ho - Staff was really friendly, accomodating and courteous. Real "family- feel" with the staff; The location is perfect; minutes (walking) away from the centre with ample parking on-site. Family-room was perfect (separate sleeping room for the children) and ample space in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and personal service (my daughters ate every crepe they could!). Overall, great hotel - would definitely recommend and stay again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.
