I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was
stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in
our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm
