Friendly and welcoming staff and owner. the town itself is beautiful it was nice to have a miniature kitchen in the room the staff were kind and helpful. there was a cigarette smell there are ledges/steps on the floor that can be difficult for elderly guests the hotel is farther from Strasbourg than advertised on some websites.
