We were very pleased with the location , friendliness of the Staff, and the room its self. We will stay at the A & O Hotels in the future. Room was very clean and big. Staff was extremely friendly. Location is right near train station yet it is not noisy. Placed near the railway station. And in half an hour walking distance from the center. Polite and competent staff.
所有评语 » This is not a hostel but a usual hotel room with 2 additional beds. So all the features from a hotel are present. The staff were friendly and helpfull. I served by Lore and Nicol and they have been so good in thire job. Recommend if you need to stay near the train station. nice staff and a good breakfast. Location of the room Free wifi in room as were near communal free wifi!. Overall it was ok and beeing near the trainstation was a plus for me. Easy to navigate to and fro, nice big clean room, and free internet!. Inredible value for money. Good basic facilities. Very close to the railway station. Location. Cleanliness. Staffs. I liked the 24 hour bar and the free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the fact you could sit outside with a drink under the parasols in the summer, also the location was good as it is a stones throw from the Karlsruhe train station and tram stop. Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The lounge area at the first floor is enjoyable. The wifi is reliable (but not free see below). The facilities are not very luxurious but ok. The hotel is very close to the train station. Loation is very good. And the facilities in the room is quite good and clean. The room is clean and comfortable, close to the railway station, not far from the center by train or bus. It is very cheap. There are friendly staff and quiet good location. It was very easy check in and out. Good value for money and close to the trainstation. To be directly found at Karlsruhe station. Looks very nice from the inside. Cheap. Overall ok. location was at the end of the train station and the tram tracks. near the Railway station. There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms. No kitchen. However hostel is not cheap on its own, they also charge additional money for everything, ex. paying with credit card. Parking. Check-in was late, at 3 pm, which can be a disadvantage if one arrives two early in Karslruhe. In the room there were a double bed and two more bunkbeds, although I paid a single room, the extra bunkbeds took some space. Wifi Internet is not included in the room price and quite expensive. In the bathroom there were some dirty towels on the floor, as I first got in the room. I asked the cleaning lady to bring new ones. Had no other problem thereafter. Nothing. Since the hotel starts serving breakfast at 7 o'clock, we booked in advance the packed lunch option because we were leaving at 6:50. But we were told we cannot get the lunch packs because they would prepare them also only after 7 o'clock. Small room area for family with young children. An extra pillow on the hotel beds would have made the stay a lot more comfortable, and I would have liked a phone in the room to receive and make calls. The central station area is a little bit far from the center and does not offer many opportunities for restaurants in the evening. For the price, the size of the room was quite small. The wifi in room is not free. None. Room size is medium. I find toilets only in the room, which was very busy at the morning. No air condition. No special windows, so the room near Karlsruhe station are rather noisy. Room was only 50% cleaned = dirt on the floor and hairs in the shower. I felt like in Asia, where they try to trick you any way they can. At first the price looked good, but then I had to pay 3 euros for renting sheets and another 3 euros for payment by card. Also, its a huge hotel/ hostel, but there was only one person at reception and she was also a waitress. Check in took ages. Curtains very dusty Mattress very cheap and uncomfortable. Very noisy hotel and never let them put you into the closet sized room 403. There was 18" between my bed and the wall. The seating area was a bumped out straight chair under a desk. seedy. Condition.
