  This was a very nice "Hotel Garni" on the outskirts of Essen. It was surrounded by nice countryside, an equestrian center, tennis courts, and a nearby river.   Well having spent two nights in this hotel, one on the Saturday going to Berlin and one on the Friday coming home, all I can say is 'WOW". I thought that it would have been very difficult to improve on my first visit to this lovely hotel. But it was indeed better. The restaurant attached to the hotel is wonderful was well, there was no need for us to leave the hotel to find a place to eat.
