The helpfulness of the manager was superb. He went above and beyond the necessary in helping me as I was having some health problems. Staff was very helpfull. Nice place. Helpful staff. Lovely place to stay. No elevator for the handicapped. Found it a problem almost impossible get to the second floor of the hotel where we were assign-ed a room, I made the best of it but the manager went a long way out of his way to accommodate us with the problem. At the time of making my reservation I wasn't aware of the problems I would have on our trip.
