  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We phoned them from the train station to call a taxi for us so we could get to the hotel.They were happy to do this and we were very grateful. When leaving they called a taxi the day before which didn't arrive on time so the kind manageress drove us to the train station herself! The spa and heated pool was a real - We had a very pleasent Holiday.Great accomodation in a beautiful location ! Teutoburger Wald is Magic and Extersteine is located just few minutes from the Hotel.Large and clean room,very rich breakfast and good dinner! Also the hotel staff is very nice:helpful and always smiling.Me and my husband want to go there again next year !!!!

  the hotel situation-the xcellent rooms and the very friendly hosts. The food and sevice was superb and would put many4 star hotels to shame. fruitand water were in the room as well as a welcoming cup of coffee
