  The Staff were terrific. They had great touring tips and treated us like family. We arrived 2 hours after the desk had closed and one of the staff stayed on-duty to help us get to our room. Heidi, the staff member we interacted with, was very kind and accommodating. I made a mistake in our booking so we came a day earlier than she expected. Haus Luna is near the beautiful castle, you can have a wonderful walk accros the fields to the castle. The accommodation was also amazing, very nice rooms in beautiful bavarian house, the owner was very nice lady, gave us some tips what to do, where to go out for dinner. Tons of bikes to use, which I recommend using, for a ride around the lake. - Extremely helpful staff. Very friendly and with good English.
