  酒店地理位置优越，临近河边，风景优美，离步行街也近，服务人员态度好 - I liked that the room was super clean, updated, and there was no smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel including common areas. Very tidy experience. Also, in room 22, I could stick my head out the window and look up and down the river Neckar. Staff spoke English - The staff was friendly and the location was great! Our room looked out on the river and the old bridge. The view was beautiful, and the location is right off the pedestrian zone.
