  The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special.   This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.
