clean, inexpensive room near the central train station. easy to get anywhere. across the street from the museum of arts and crafts which was great. great location for leaving early morning from train station or explore the city's neighborhoods. great price for a short stay. good internet. very good location and nice staff. The train station, including the subway, is just at the opposite side of the street.

The location is great for getting around Hamburg. location easy to find. Remove from your list, worst hotel I have been at. No elevators. the noise from the street lasts until the midnight. No elevator. The hotel is at front of railroad station so a lot of noise comes from the street. The only minor issue I had were walls, so during night time you may hear how your neighbour tossing. Noise until 11 pm but after that u can sleep. nothing. Lack of in room coffee/tea making facilities. Need air conditioning as the room we had faced the street and as it was quite warm we had to have the window open & it was quiet noisy. Ear plugs did the trick though. The hotel is worn down and not clean to out standard. The room's air seemed very stale. When we opened the window we discovered we were directly above a noisy outdoor lounge for a bar. If you can tolerate these things it's a good value. There has o air-condition. If u wanna go there on August, it must be very hot in the hotel, u cant sleep Tinywashroom. no elevator!!!. Double meant twin not double.! We switched from a single to a double room. The price to switch was the same as the price for both rooms, and so I just booked a new room. They then wanted to rent the old room and not give us any money back! The hotel is very basic. Tv sound didn't work. No breakfast available. Stated as 3 star - far from ! Nowhere other than own room to sit. V noisy main road - even with window closed - summer time would be terrible. No insulation between wall to next room & upstairs - meaning excess noise limiting sleep!. Over-priced. Very small rooms and there is a lot of noise. Don't plan on going to sleep until after 11pm. The rooms are incredibly small and very few outlets to plug in or charge electronics. The staff did enough to keep you from complaining and nothing more. got given a twin room when we'd booked a double. I upgraded a single room to a double but in effect I ended up paying for both. Every aspect. unreliable wi-fi.
