i can not say enough good things about Peter and Ben... so helpful! the place looks amazing and really encapsulates an old brothel feel.. it's kitsch, tacky and has some amazing pictures and features. excellent location. totally worth paying a bit extra to stay there for the real hamburg experience.. and please take Bens advice on where to go.. he knows his stuff!. Staff were excellent, gave me and my friend countless bits of invaluable advice. Told us some places to go also and they were great. Allowed me to use they're phone/laptop when I lost my phone also which was priceless at the time.

If you are looking for a fun time, then this is the best place to stay!. Great Staff, location and value for money. Hotel design, cleanliness, friendly owner. Location Staff Decor. people so nice. It is located in a rather sordid area, but if it is fun and party what you want, this is a good choice. Unlike some reviews around, I can't complain about the staff. They were kind to say the least. It is a few steps away from the s-bahn station. Friendly staff we did get a big room quietly. Location Friendly staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the middle of St Pauli where all the action is. the interior of the hotel goes well with the location. Perfect location. -very central -helpful staff -free tee. Even though very kinky-fancy, the sheets were not the most comfortable to sleep under. However it is a hostel, so you can bring your own. And I guess a little more attention to cleaning away spiderwebs from the ceiling would increase the "clean"'s rating. for the price, nothing. No cooking facilities!!!. Uncomfortable bed. the bed... Noisy area. On the expensive side, having in account what it offers. No wifi in the room difficult to find a parking lot. Facilities in need of repair WC without a door!!!! Extra charge for bed sheet. Wasn't really worth the money for a hostel. The price was advertised as inclusive of city tax etc., but this was added on top of the quoted amount along with a ben linen charge. A bit cheeky! I loved St Pauli but have to say that the hostel isn't in a particularly attractive location and the Reeperbahn could be quite intimidating for some, what with its prostitutes and vagrant types!. the lack of attention to detail: we got only one towel even though we were two people. There was no door to the bathroom and the curtain pole was broken. A hairdryer in the bathroom would also be nice, I had to ask for it at the reception. Staff is a disgrace, trying to get extra payments for almost everything which should be served for when booking a room. -we were given a terrible room and only ONE towel, though we paid a fee for the linen -NO DOOR IN THE WC!!! -no shampoo or showergel -bathroom was a wreck if you are not interested on the place you're gonna stay----> this is your place.
