  Location of hotel in town, size of room, restaurant/bar - The hotel is very central with very good transport links. The food in the restaurant is excellent.The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was very small.

  Small details set hotels apart: The staff escorting you to your room when you arrive. The staffs willingness to take time and explain any question. The fresh fruit waiting in my room was also a really nice touch.   We stayed here for one night whilst travelling back to the uk. We chose this hotel as it was very close to the town of Freiburg (approx 3km). The hotel has secure underground garage parking for those who drive. Our rooms was very comfortable, it was on the end of the building on a corner.   Great service, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. It is actually not really a 4 stars hotel at my opinion, but it is a very good hotel for the price. - Everythings is OK. But the big problem is wifi signal is very poor in my room that i stay. If you can improve this point, it's will be perfect.
