Very helpful staff, super clean although it is brand new! Built like a rock the rooms are like vaults - completely quiet. Very convenient - tram and bus stop outside the door to take you into the city, the thermal baths or anywhere else for €2.20. Walk behind the apartments across the steet and there are farms, horses, and trails through the vineyards up the mountain with a restaurant at the top with Adirondack chairs to sit in, drink milchekafee (yum!) or a beer and admire the view.
