Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Everyone spoke English and they were all so polite. The room was very nice and well appointed. Comfortable and clean. We were only there for one night to make our early morning flight back to Canada and the walk to the terminal with all our luggage was effortless. Not far at all. We had room service for dinner and the food was prompt and excellent. Also love the 2pm check in and 12 Noon check out (with ability to extend). Love this hotel and will stay again.
