I wish i could keep this place a secret. It is one of the accommodations that has impressed me with its outstanding luxury. Luckily it is one of the newest places in town. If u fancy a walk on the river or a walk to the centre then i recommend the red apartments. There was one incident when i forgot my credit cards in the apartment. The guy with the green eyes kindly brought them to me at the airport. How amazing is this place anr people!! Service and place is 10 out of10.
所有评语 » "Great apartment in excellent location” Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine. Excellent assistance by very helpful staff on checkin and checkout. The facilities were very modern, clean and everything worked and was in good order. I cannot recommend this highly enough as it was ideally located next to the river for all of the restaurants and bars that would be needed. The old town is about a 10 minute walk away. An excellent, well-designed and luxurious apartment. Close to the MediaHarbour sector of Dusseldorf and about 15min easy walk from the old town and shops. 15 min taxi ride from the Trade Fair. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful.. A lovely stay and will definitely return if we get a chance. Highly recommended. Modern design en suite room with everything your need. Makes you feel like at home rather than being in a hotel. Perfect place for a city break, only 10 minute walk along the river side to the old town/Christmas markets. everything about th eplace. Location great, even though a bit remote from a supermarket, they even provided a service that delivered all your requirements. Our bath room at home was been renovated. "Red" was a perfect replacement for a few days. Absolutely superb couldn't fault a thing ...... Cant wait to visit again..... Very nice decor and a great location. Stylish. Nothing we didn't like but a few extra mugs and some cooking knives/peeler would be useful!. Direction can be quite miss leading due to one way traffic. no complaints best I have ever stayed in. Nothing - couldn't find fault. Could have done with more tea & coffee but no one was around at the weekend. The person who checked me in didn't tell me code for door and thanks god when I came to apartments at the evening there was other guest who knew the code. This is not a hotel, this is apartment, there is no staff, so everybody can do what they like, E.G. shouting an laughing like horses untill late at night and you simply can't sleep because everybody in a whole building can hear every word spoken, every noise.I Managed to slep 5 hours with neibours like this. There is no a/c and you cannot close the window if it is hot. The shower holder was broken. لاشئ Nothing. I arrived sunday afternoon. There was noone to let me in. I rang the phone number several times, which was very expensive from a foreign mobile. It was 1/2 an hour before anyone answered the phone and gave me the key code to get in!. - no cleaning fo 3 days of our stay. - the dishes-set for coocking could be richer. Horrible check-in Staff, no 24 hour service, the staff didn't attend to my requests and were very rude. They don't answer phone calls. Also, Wifi wasn't working for the 3 days i stayed, they would promise to fix it but they didn't. Not a good experience, will not stay there again.
