Very good location, quiet room, good cleaning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The very nice view, the polite personel and the clean room and WC, it is located near to the center. Shower. Breakfast with view on the river. Location.Great location, nice view. Locality to town centre. Central Location. The lift needs modernisation. First 4 days, I was able to get online using "the cloud", the nex twodays purchased 500 hours, cannot get on line, again 90 hours, no good,again 60 minutes-no good. So lost about 45 Euros for internetconnection. My name is Lou. Hsu. The loss is small compared to goodservice of the hotel, so I will not complain. The internet could be included in the price, the breakfast could be better. See above about air conditioning - we arrived to 37 degrees Centigrade. the elevator is to old and small we only took the stairs,. It is difficult to enter and exit the parking with bigger cars. Prohibitively priced Internet access. Breakfast very modest, both menu and service.Not as modern as I had expected for the price. Disappoined about car park. It was undergraound and not accesible for larger type cars, Jaguar, Mecedes etc. This wasn't indicated on the web site. The bar/restaurant wasn't open during the evening. On enquiring about this, the reception told me that most people like to eat out in the evening there there was no reason to open the bar etc.Broken Shower, No food available in the evenings.
