He was also really flexible around our arrival times and helped store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight out. All our queries before the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly which was a big help.   It was a very pleasant surprise to get an apartment like that. We had read good reviews, but still reality was better. Great location, metro and supermarket are just 2 minutes walk, bus stop is around the corner. Wonderfull automatic door to the stairwell. Our apartment was just two stores from the bureau.
