I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time. Friendly welcome with advise about the neighborhood from reception. Besides our very kind host, the location pf the apartment was superb, close to public transportation, yet still nice to just stay in. Everything was sleek, clean, well thought of. I would definetely book it again and recommend it to everybody.
所有评语 » Olaf met us at their nearby hotel and was friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be based in Schoneburg. Lots of thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, sugar, coffee filter papers in the cupboard. The apartment was awesome! It is big, new and designed. Both kitchen and bathroom are full equipped with all the facilities needed. I reallt recommend this apartment for a short stay in Berlin. Olaf is really helpfull. The service of the staff upon check-in, possibility to pay with credit card (not always possible when booking an appartment), nicely decorated appartment. Clean and practical apartment. Everything works. Location is very good. People at reception very helpful and nice. Great position, very clean, fully equipped, heating very good. Great welcome arrangements, worked perfectly. very handy location . staff very helpful . clean well proportioned flat . comfortable bed. - Great internet connection; - Great location; - Clean. The location and availability of parking. Nice simple clean studio type apartment - clean and comfortable with kettle etc... very close to u bahn for getting around ... does what it says on the box at a reasonable rate during event weeks... Central location, in the middle of gay area. The receptionist The kitchenette. close to public transport. Limited and somewhat worn cooking utensils (e.g. scratches on non-stick pots). Some noise from construction starting around 7am. Minor details, a coat hook and a mirror in the hall would have been nice and small maintenance issues such as the shower head not staying upright. Nothing. Not much, maybe only the limited number of kitchen equipment and small bathroom. All fine. No microwave ovens. On top of the main advertised rate there is a 15€ cleaning charge for the stay..... This should be incorporated into the cost for transparency. We have had to find another place (15 minutes walking) to get the keys from the owner, since there is no reception. The shower was broken. In the very cold nights there were only two thin single duvets. We would have liked a thick double duvet. did not feel safe.
