The bathroom (especially the shower) was fantastic. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I would recommend the salmon and egg, though they don't offer actual English plain tea. The location was wonderfully central (opposite tube station), despite that we visited during Tube (underground rail) construction time! There was a restaurant right next door for food emergencies (though the food was not great.) The staff called the taxi for us on our way back to the airport, which was very helpful.
所有评语 » The rooms are fantastic, always clean and very comftoble. The staff were beyond amazing. Always helpful, extremely friendly. Never had such great staff like this at a hotel before. Highly recommend for anyone. Family, solo traveller, couples. Great location near public transit. The breakfast is a very good feature--generous on food choices. My room, on the 3rd floor, was most comfortable. Also the bathroom is very pleasing, with hot water. Next to the metro (Circle line), easy from Schonefeld. Inxpensive taxi to centre. The staff spoke very limited English. It took a while to find our booking on the system though we had been in continual contact with the hotel. The heating in our room was very poor. They lock the main door (we were told around 10, but found it locked earlier than that, though you get a key). No bar or restaurant but excellent one next door and others within easy walking distance. No fridge in the room. The walls were gray painted, felt not so cozy and the shower is open,so after taking a shower a floor is all wet in the bathroom. Also neiighbourhood is not that beautiful:( we came at 9 pm, so reception was closed already, but we got the keys really soon. no iron in a room. no air conditioner, have to pay for parking lot. Bigger breakfast selection. dark corridors. There was only one single duvet on a double bed for the first night. Not enough tables for breakfast. The other half of the staff, the man at the reception wasn't very helpful. No English TV channels. Not clean and when I asked for cleaning and additionally left that paper label on the door "please clean my room", they even did not change towels, which were on the floor. Problem if you check-in after 9pm, saw many people were sitting just outside stairs all night. Somehow everything not comfortable, room is too hot. Location - to the Center only by metro, nothing to do/see in the area near hotel Housekeeping - horrible! Didn't clean anything, only took away the garbage once, didn't even change the towels!! Room is not soundproof, every night we could hear drunk youngsters and some baby cry... Pillows are very bed Staff was rude, hard to find them at the reception... There is no reception in this hotel from 21:00 till 7:30. In my case, the water from the top neighbor started to leak into my room from around 10:00, till the morning, so expect how good my sleep was when water was dipping from the ceiling (I was lucky, because it happened in the other side of the room, not above the bed). From the painting of the walls, I think, it was not the first time incident in that room. Luckily I had no top neighbor on the second night. location. Very rude staff, most of them don't speak english. The reception service close at 21:00, after that we have to use our key to open the door. So, if your flight arrives after that, you can't get into the hotel. The room is dirty, specially the carpet. We stayed for 12 days and the sheet was not changed once. The breakfast was very good, but for the 12 days it was exactly the same. I just stayed for so many days because i've already paid but I will never came back again to this hotel. the room wasn't cleen the didn't change sheets the didn't gave us cleen towel every day it was very very far from the center.
