I think my trip to Berlin would have not been the same if I stayed somewhere else. Staying here I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing staff that was willing to help you 27/7 in any needs you had. They work there because they feel passionate about their job and creating a good experience for their guests. The hostel is probably the best one I have stayed in Europe. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were modern and cleaned every day, and the social area always had people willing.
所有评语 » I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this.... The best experience ever. The people from reception are exceptionals, very friendly, always willing to help. The atmosphere it s woderful. Everything clean, rooms, showers, everything. In the rooms the bedsheets are clean and nice. The digital system for the doors it s very interesting. You can stay here for relaxation, for working, for study, cause it s very quiet. The best of the best. Such a breath of fresh air after the last hostel I stayed at. It's a bit more low-key that some other hostels, but that was perfect for me. They still have a bar/lounge area where it's easy to meet other travelers. The rooms were huge and the staff was very friendly. Also, paying for the breakfast is definitely worth it. The staff was very helpful - without asking gave us some advices for spending the time in Berlin. The room was clean and and everything needed was provided in there - especially comfortable beds with nice, fresh bed linens. The hostel has stylish character and favourable atmosphere for people's integration. Staff are very friendly, get complimentary drinks unexpectedly which is a plus. Many take away food shops around, not too far away (within 10 min return walk). The map may not show the metro stop correctly, actually there's one exit/entrance locates just next to the hostel. So it is very convenient. Lovely room, with comfy double bed. It was warm if we wanted it, but airy. It was very clean everywhere. The bar and lounge were comfy and welcoming, and the staff extremely helpful. It had very good transport connections near an underground station and cheap restaurants in walking distance. Nice rooms with comfortable individual beds, nice atmosphere and services, and very clean. The location is good to either visit the city center or the Kreuzeberg quarter, although with a bit of walking, otherwise rent a bike and you can also reach further nice spots of the city!!. The staff, a guy during the day shift and a girl.. Sorry I dont know their name. I stayed in the 6-bed dorm. Its winter time so its very quiet. I stayed alone for 2 nights and with other girl the other two nights. Atmosphere was great and it was quiet. Good, clean and bright rooms, friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, for access to rooms we needed a 7-character security code (a good thing as well), as well as convenient location and public transport links. the hostal was very close to the metro so you could commute all around Germany. They were right next to a really nice hookah place to sit and relax. Plus a nice walk away from some very good restaurants. The stuff was so welcoming and nice! you could ask them for anything or just have a nice conversation with them. everything was clean and neat.wifi is great and free. the building is beautiful . Really clean. Nice staff. Incredible breakfast. The two girls at the restaurant were the nicest people I met in Berlin. Warm, friendly and into details. Id stay there again. I liked the cleaness, the most important thinh in a hostel. Also the staff is very helpful, giving some really useful tips about the surroundings. The best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff - in particular Jerome - were excellent. The hostel itself was amazing. That I didn't stay for the weekend or made my trip longer. It's a 6-bed room, so unavoidably there would be noise. Especially if the roommates just came back from a club, you could imagine... But they've tried not to disturb us. Nothing. Everything it s no.1 in this hostel. Not the most central part of the city, but still very close to a U bahn stop so it doesn't take too long to get anywhere. Tea/coffee not included in breakfast price. The bathroom is quite open, girls may not get enough privacy. Extra cost for linnen doesn't include towels and they are 2eu/each, so you know it in advance, or you can bring yours. Would be nice to include "small breakfast options". They offer a continental breakfast with a good price, but we are not used to eating that much for breakfast anyway ;). The design make bed light in the dorm can easily distract others. So if you are a person who cant sleep in the light, better find an eye mask. Meal from the nearby restaurant was great but it was a bit expensive for me. If you arecwilling to walk a bit, you will find something cheaper. This is only a small thing - just a little too bureaucratic. The breakfast was kind of pricey, but good. Because the building is antique the floor was creaky and the doors which operates on digital code was noisy and you could hear evey door that shuts. Theres no kitchen in this hostel. The light of mine is broken .still great hostel . I wish all the showers in the co-ed bathroom could have had curtains. No restaurant in-house, would be nice to have a sauna and/or gym. No Kitchen. The rooms are poorly isolated and pretty clairaudient, so if people talk on the floor outside the room (which happened a lot), you can it as if they were inside. So definitely "room" for improvement here ;). nothing. Although a hostel, it can be very noisy - even at 4 am. Didn't feel that welcome as a solo traveller asking for help. I booked the wrong arrival date not realizing my arrival would be the day after my departure from the usa. They charged me for the day anyway, even though I told them the problem 2 days in advance. I realize that the policy says no refund but they had enough time to book the room to someone else anyway. I appreciate when there is understanding when a mistake is made. Otherwise it is a wonderful; place. Excellent!. I was not able to cancel the reservation on letsbookhotel.com and contacted the hotel directly to cancel my reservation 11 days in advance. While they can canceled my reservation, they still charged me full price as if I had stayed there. This place is totally a rip off.
