Situation is very good (near by metro station) and the flat is large for 6 person (with 2 bathrooms and toilets), kind staff and flexible service. Good location in the Turkish part of Berlin with great places to eat, quite large appartment, easy to check in late. Spacious, very clean, good amount of storage for clothes etc. decent fridge and cooking facilities. Very pleasant and cozy apartment, friendly staff and 3 subway stations right around the corner.

Perfect location, wonderful transport connections, very friendly and cooperative staff. The hotel is cean and pieceful, good location, near the public transportation. The receptionist is a sound guy. We stayed there before and he was part of the reason I'd give them the business again. The location is handy as the U2 line us just across the street and links up with the main places easily. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, plus a bus stop. The rooms are clean and the courtyard means it is reasonably quiet despite the central location. Personnel was extremely friendly. Position is 10 minutes walk from trendy Nollendorfplatz. And just 3 minutes walk from another U-bahn Metro station. Price good (45 Euro/night , breakfast excluded) and you have a studio for yourself, small kitchenette and private bathroom. Nice place!. Good price, staff were very accommodating. A good choice for those on a budget. quiet (internal courtyard), nice and helpful personnel. Flexible arrangements on check-in and check-out times. Very friendly staff. Quiet rooms. God beliggenhed. The traffic noise is disturbing round the clock. Very poor WiFi. At the beginning we did not have a hair-drier in the appartment though stated that there should be, but later the staff gave us one. One of the lights in the room was broken. No pre-warning the office would not be open for check-in at 10pm. It took a while to 'find the clues' to get into the room, details of which should have been provided at the time of booking. apartments are very small, but that was expected from the photos. maybe some more dishes in the kitchenette. Internet conexion,. The pillows are not very good. The beds in generalmaybe could've been a bit better. Not a major problem though. Some apartments are on the third floor (no elevator) but good for your heart. No cleaning in the room (it is like being in your house: you get the keys at the arrival) althugh my 25-suared meter-room was really clean and pretty inside. Minor issues, by the way. Very noisy, somewhat rundown. I'd only recommend Berlin for those who are interested in history and political events of the last several decades. apartment No 1 too small, no towel-horse in the bathroom, very small bathroom. ugly and charmless interiour. Only a lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. Television didnt Work. Wifi kept stopping.There was a horrible smell from the sink, and a massive wet stain in the middle of the carpet.
