The staff was wonderful and very kind. I was greeted with warmth and concern. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet which is what I needed most. Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.

I cannot thank the staff enough!!! - Very quiet and peaceful setting, friendly helpful and courteous staff, only ten minute walk to centre of Baden Baden via a very pretty route. Hotel has a complimentary taxi to restaurants in the evening. Good breakfast, I had a single room and often these can be of poorer quality. It was a big room with a balcony and a prime view. I would highly recommend this hotel.
