  friendly staff, excellent location. Close to quiet river with alot of wildlife around (great for kids) also it is situated off a busy road but no traffic or any other noise for that fact was heard, really peaceful! I would have no worries about booking this hotel again and even taking kids there. - Tranquility of location and views near river.   Big room, nice staff, very good service, - Perfect location - close to Heide, Serenghetti parks, not a long way to Hamburg or Hannover. Cosy small town, quiet place, friendly and helpful host, wide apartments, children could sleep seperatly.

  A friendly hotel in a lovely setting. Sitting in the conservatory eating breakfast overlooking the garden and park was a lovely start to the day. We made good use of the pool, which was perfect.
