服務親切 有效率 - I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It
... 别人怎么说 » is not often that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

For me Location was great advantage for 2 reasons, first and foremost it is very close to Very Big Mall City Centre which offers lot of options for shopping and is full of some good restuarants...also there is one convenience store in mall, where one can buy all the routine stuff at good price..second it was also close to exhibition centre in mess

Helpful and pleasant desk staff who all seemed to speak good English. The hotel must be very new - everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Room was quite large by German standards, with twin beds, a sofa, and desk with chair. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good.

Everything, it was great. Very spacious, comfortable..would stay there again...great value, great restaurant in the hotel. very friendly, helpful staff - I enjoyed all the service, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast!

the very good value for money. Everything there was easy for access. We could walk to the city center in two minutes. Parking on the street free in between 6pm and 10am.
