We stayed for one night each way to/from a holiday in the Vendee. The location was great; only a few minutes from the autoroute. The owners were friendly and welcoming, the house was amazing and the gardens were very pleasant. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and you got the impression that the owners would go out

W used this hotel as a stop over as it is near to Calais-less than an
hour drive away. The chateau is impressive to look at but a bit of
'faded glory' look about the place... Let's call it shabby
chic to be positive!.The reception/ bedrooms are typical French
chateau (as you would expect) all very clean and tastefully decorated.
The owner was very pleasant and the breakfast he made was superb. Just a
note to say that they don't do evening meals but we found a nice
restaurant just 5 minutes -all
