It was very close to the airport, but it must have been off the main flight-
path, because we never heard a plane. The pool was lovely, and the room
was very comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport was great--picked
us up after we dropped off the rental car, and was right on schedule at
0530 to get us to the airport for a very early flight to Madrid. I can
definitely recommend the hotel as convenient to the airport if you have

We chose tthis hotel for its 24-hr courtesy shuttle service as our flight was arriving at midnight. This is an excellent option for those arriving late or departing early from Marseille airport, otherwise there is nothing to do in Vitrolles.
The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are immaculately clean and relatively big. I had booked 2 standard rooms for a family of 4, and it was a nice surprise that the rooms we were given were connected, I did not know that such option existed.

The hotel was planned as stay for one night after late arrival. The
hotel transfer is free and worked after midnight. We got better room as
the hotel was full for no additional fee. The room was spacious and
clean with 2 TVs, Wi-Fi and air condition worked fine. The room has also
small kitchen (but no kitchenware), tea/coffee set for free and
microwave.
The hotel is well recommended for late arrival/early departure from Marseille Provence Airport. When you arrive, you should call the hotel and they will send the shuttle bus which will pick you up in 10 min from the Bus Stop for hotel shuttles. I liked everything in the hotel and good that there is a swimming pool to do the morning swim.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! After 21 days of traveling France we only booked the HI Express to access an early morning flight. We were happily surprised with the hotel. Great room and THE best shower of our trip. We stayed in 9 hotels including Pullman, Mercur, and Novotel as well as some smaller hotels.

The location and amenities were perfect for a one night stay before or after our flights to Marseille. The shuttle picked us up from our flight promptly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were served at the hotel.
The hotel has very comfortable rooms, and the staf is both friendly and professional. the shuttle to the airport is available 24 hours a day, by reservation. We had a very early flight, and the breakfast was available before 5:00 am! The price of the rooms represents an excellent value.

Shuttle from and to the airport was a great advantage at 5am and even
earlier. Also breakfast is served early if needed (starts at 5am), as a
buffet with excellent choice. The best hotel for morning departures and
late evening arrivals. Ideal for one night stay.
The shuttles to and from the airport were very convenient. I took the train to Vitrolles. From the train there was a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel shuttle picked me up from there. The bed was firm... the first one in France! And nice pool.

Excellent for one night between flights. Great breakfast for France standard. There is the shuttle running from arrival to hotel (5 min only trip). You should go to left 100 m to this bus stop, that is pick-up place for all aero port shuttles.

Great hotel to use as a base after arriving at the Marseille airport. They were happy to store our bike boxes for 3 weeks while we toured around southern France. Well fitted modern rooms, great breakfast and free shuttle to the airport.
It was convenient to the airport and offered shuttle service. The property is nice and new and very up to date and clean. It served our purpose very well as it was our last night in Europe before heading off on a morning flight home.

The hotel seems to be very new. It's modern decor with taste, for once. everyone was friendly, the airport shuttle was reliable, and the food, while it wasn't gourmet, was healthy and adequate. I'd stay there again, for sure.

It's easy to get from the airport. We went to the shuttle stop place and dial the hotel from there. The shuttle arrived tight away. It took 5 min to get to get to hotel, the check in was fast. the hotel is very decent.
Our flights was early in the morning and leaving the hotel just five
minutes before the time we expected to be at the airport saved us a lot
of time to sleep. Rooms are clean and you have everything you need.

close to marseille airport (10 min walking or 10 eur taxi). clean, breakfast is included, not rich, but it is. for late arrivals and transit - I recommend. there is even a pool, but I did not use.

The rooms are modern and confortable and the swimming pool is quite big. Good location just 5min away from the airport (shuttle every 20min-don't forget tobook).

The restaurant served food that was equivalent to the stuff that comes
on your tray on an airplane. Not what we were expecting on our last
night in France. Breakfast the next morning was not much better.
Unfortunately, there are no other options within walking distance, so
you're stuck with the food supplied by the hotel. Really, it should
be better.
Again, the location is only for those spending a night before/after the flight.

Evening menu was very poor & a bit pricey.There were English Channels on TV but these were just all news ones.
The bed was a bit narrow for 2 people. The hotel transfer to airport
delayed for 15 minutes to time set. The hotel also charged city tax 0.92
euro per person, didn't see any "city" around the hotel as
well info about it in the booking site.
The only thing which I didn't like so much was the breakfast - not a big variety nor quality.

I wanted to go to a supermarket to buy a specific item - but only way to get there and back was by taxi - the cost would have been more than the item I wanted to buy! Would be nice if the hotel had a bus service to and from the town a couple of times a day.
We were told that no pizza or other food can be delivered to the hotel
and that we should eat at hotels restaurant or go to the airport and
order sth else. The staff in the hotels restaurant wasn't polite to
non french guests, it was really frustrating. Rest of hotels staff was
really polite.
The hotel is isolated. You really have to only use the resources on site.

The room was a bit cramped, but otherwise it was very good. Would have liked a fridge or ice machine as well.
There were no nearby restaurants for food options. The hotel served a dinner meal, but it was not very appealing. Salmon and green beens were very overcooked and unappetizing.

room was a bit too small.
