My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and were extremely happy with accomodation. Excellent!! lovely size...bedroom great ( bed very hard but good) the bathroom huge and fabulous bath, shower. Fantastic kitchinette..we read other reviews and asked for 3 floors up and at the back off road which was quiet.great to offer enclosed secure parking though if you do have a car .. we also took a kettle as only a coffee percolator. dishwasher and fridge great.All looks new, daily maid and very very cle.

Facilities were ideal as I was visiting my daughter in hospital. It gave ,me freedom to come and go with the minimum of fuss. When we arrived shower could not be hooked and bathroom door could not close. The day after it was fixed. Friendly staff. Good kitchen & big bath Take Bus162 to train (not 580). Great undercover parking. I like the cleaning and very good space in the room and very good staff. The room was big and clean. Bathroom also big and clean. The staff is friendly it was a great experience. Facilities and staff welcoming and Internet. Overall good experience but can be better. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Excellent bathroom facilities. Very good value for money. Rooms, Staff. Superior was a spacious room, small kitchen with all facilities. Good Wifi connection. ideal for a couple/small family good if you plan to stay for a long time. It was a clean hotel with cooking facilities in the room. The bathroom was spacious and the modern. Free underground parking was very helpful. Perfect view of Eiffel tower from bedroom. Privacy. Private balcony. hotel was clean and quiet. would i go back to this hotel ? NO. Balcony good equipped kitchen at all good apartment but.. there are one really nice reception in the morning. Kitchenette. We have a room which has a view of la Tour Eiffel. Very satisfied with hotel. some people still smoke in the bedrooms :(. Bus 580 finishes early. The position of the hotel specially if you work in middle paris. The receptionist was a bit rude. I told her I have reservation and she just dismissed me. Only when I brought my laptop to show her my reservation, she suddenly discovered my booking ... which was on the paper siting in front of her. My name was on the second position. Kettle and iron facilities would be nice. Tv was not working no washing machine. Very steep and narrow drive to the parking garage. 15-20 min walk away from Metro station. Location. No bar or restaurant, perhaps a vending machine would be a good idea. very close to the IGR but otherwise not close to anything. not really for bussiness travelers but OK for a night. No english is spoken at the hotel and its location makes it difficult to get to a metro station. In addition, breakfast is only served until 9am. Too early. Most hotels is at least 10am. Reception had difficulty communicating with us in English. location of hotel was very good as regards to access to road network, but the outside area was very poor and going for an evening walk wasnt suitable as it was quite a rough looking area of paris, so that was not possible. with piles of old rubbish (wardrobes and cots and numerous other stuff just dumped) on the corners outside the hotel and what grounds they had could do with a good tidy up. Location much time to get to paris. At first on bus or by foot then long trip on railway. specific smell in the room. Parking system changed and there is no more direct access, you need to go out in rain. there are a really stupid reception at night and they dont even speak english ，no charger. Not all staff speaks English. No phone access. No wifi access. No English support. It is really very very far from the metro. And NO breakfast contains, although it is written clearly in booking that there is breakfast, the staff told me that it is a kind of promotion. It wasn't good or clean at all, room, carpet, TV was not even fitted correctly on the wall, no tv Chanel's, needs a major faceleft and it's depressing.
