  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   We were given one with wonderful views over the resort. Mme. Marie and her assistant ,Andre ,did make meaningful amends such as not charge us for the failure of so several vital facilities . That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us.   very efficiently - studio 526 very clean . everything we needed there . ski lockers efficient - right onto slopes - supermarket very good - Location close to bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Hotel on the slopes with direct access.
