  We were given one with wonderful views over the resort. Mme. Marie and her assistant ,Andre ,did make meaningful amends such as not charge us for the failure of so several vital facilities . That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us.
