1) Great location: in the city-centre, but in a little yard away from the main street;
2) Very clean and modern;
3) Well-equipped: Nespresso coffee machine (with a few nespresso), great sound system, tv with dvd-player, kitchen equipment, iron + ironing board etc.;
4) Even if the reception is only manned from 3-6pm (or by reservation if you tell them you will be arriving outside those hours), the super-friendly member of staff gives all guests her mobile phone number and emphasised to call her . 所有 评语
Already my third stay in Apartments Le 32 and it is my favorite
accommodation place in Strasbourg. Excellent location (close to the
Cathedral), quiet, independent, well-equiped for a couple and even a
family (we had a two-level apartment on the last floor). Even if one
arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter
the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.
Smartly designed room with easy bed/sofa conversion, well-equipped kitchenette and all sorts of other assets (hi-fi system, iron and ironing board, washing machine). Great location and friendly staff.
Please note: Not being a classical hotel, no shampoo and shower gel is offered. For some this might be a negative point, not for us though, which is why we have not listed it as something negative.
We loved staying at Appartements le 32! Our duplex apartment had everything you could possibly need without being cluttered. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to us upon our arrival. It was a minute's walk away from the hustle and bustle of the Gutenberg square but still very quiet and comfortable.
Location is very good to walk around the town. The rooms are quiet since the neighbouring bar has closed and no one still moved into the place. The studio has all kitchen staff you need to cook yourself. Despite modernistic style of the room, the living is comfortabe. Wi-Fi works fine.
central location, not any connection to the typical hotel routine with reason of time and so on, friendly and service orientated manager, clean apartment in detail, gratis WiFi, goed price realationship with the appartement quality, light and practical and well thought-out room design.
The apartment was chic and comfortable; there was space to move around and plenty of storage. The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very central yet quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to friends.
Excellent place. We've stayed here for the last 2 years during the Christmas markets and the location is superb, quality of the studio is still kept high and overall it made our stay in Strasbourg more pleasurable.
The apartment is very close to the centre of the city (less than five minutes to arrive in front of the cathedral). The furniture and the equipment (tv, hi-fi, espresso machine) are modern, new and very good.
Immaculate contemporary design accomodation and well equipped. You could live there!

The location is perfect, apartment very clean and new, similar to the
level of 4 star hotel.
1) There is no elevator (all appartments are up a few flights of stairs);
2) Just a minor thing: a few things like shower gel and soap etc. could be added to the bathroom.

Very minor things but the shower could use a shower curtain. Also it's best to pack light, especially if you're staying on the top floors - no elevator.
The combination lock has a delay, one should try several times SLOWLY. The convertible bed has some sharp edges while expanded, mind your legs! TV set has no English-speaking channels, even BBC and CNN are absent. The refrigerator wall socket was out of order, I managed to plug it through branch adapter into microwave socket.
short personal service time of staff, the magnetic lock of the intrance door likes sticking, no parking area around the apartment house, the parking houses are complete permanent and the hotel is to be rich only as a pedestrian, very busy and loud area at night and in the morning.
The kitchen was slightly under-equipped if you wanted to cook a meal: there was no potato peeler and only one pan with a lid. Also the towels were supposed to be changed after 4 days but this did not happen. However neither of these things spoilt our stay in the least.
No problems at all.
The bathroom is spacious but the room is quite small. Very close to the apartment there is a pub which in the evening is always crowded. During the weekend there was also at full volume music and so if you are delicate it could be difficult to sleep. Anyway, the windows are sound-proof and if you keep them close the situation improves a lot.
No iron. Apart from that, faultless.

very noisy at night( 2 night pubs in front of hotel gate) so we could not open the window and no air conditioning in apartment so if you visit during summer could be very hot .
In pedestrian area so luggage transfer a problem.
Central location and close to bars means you do suffer from noise on a Saturday night!.
Noisy bars in street below to early hours of morning would be problem if needed to open windows in warm weather.

The woman named Ekaterina ( as I remember) came to us the next day when
we moved in and started very aggressive conversation. There was a
difficult situation but it's unacceptable speaking to the guests
that way! We will never book this hotel again!.
