  1. Newly renovated/refurbished; the buildings, rooms, and grounds appeared in top shape. 2. Very pleasant & helpful staff, including room cleaning staff who immediately replaced a burned out light bulb. 3. Wifi included, and it worked well in our room. 4. The hotel even let us leave our car in the car park after we had checked out, so that we wouldn’t have to park in - My husband and I booked the Hotel for a dbl room for 5 nights some time prior to our travels. We arrived mid-Oct. From a stay in Sardinia; our grand tour continues until end of Jan. 2014 so we have lots of stuff. The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e daily! The location is wonderful,

  Staff kept a low profile but garden and pool maintained well. Not many people stay so you often have the pool to yourself. Aldi is next door, but better is Intermarche just a little further on. There is also a good (though a little expensive) bike hire place there too and a few other good shops. Town is a 10 min stroll.
