  Quite a good location right on the beach but it was quite a walk into town. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. area lovely and quiet so had good nights sleep.   The location is great, the view from our 4th floor window could not be bettered, a real treat to watch all the people wakling past along the walls and then out over the beach and to the islands.   The room was extremely good. Bathroom was large and newly renovated with an excellent shower. The beds were very comfortable and the in-room TV was a nice touch. Parking on-street was easy and the beach was only a block away.
