I think price for hotel and breakfast was very good. Front desk people very helpfull and kind. I liked the modern design of the hotel interiors, as well as the friendliness of the staff.Facilites and the clieanliness. shuttle service was great. getting to downtown paris, simple as well as returning to airport for our flight. Clean and near Airport, especially easy to find.
所有评语 » The breakfast offered for 4.80 euro was good compared to prices of meals in that area. shuttle to and from airport; price. For 35 Euro, this place was more than I could ask for. My room was clean, neat and did not smell. The bedsheets were fresh, bathroom was spotless. The room was small, but if you are simply looking for a place to stay overnight, it's perfect. There is a large bed, flat screen TV and fresh towels in the bathroom and a grill-type restaurant right outside the hotel. Also: free shuttle to the airport.I was impressed about everything. It is a budget hotel so one should not expect all luxury things. Its good value for money. I particularly liked the restaurant opposite the hotel...they have good french food and freindly staff. There was everything needed for a one night sleep. The bed was comfortable. There were rabbits all around the area running on the grass :)).The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. close to airport, cute little rooms. Arrived at wrong Premiere hotel about 2km away, staff very efficient, but pointed in right direction and staff even drew me a map to get to the right hotel. On arrival staff very good, all polite and said hello when passing by. Breakfast was okay, friendly staff and good value especially when free for children under 6. A good start to a Disney break and near to arrival airport. Internet connection. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Shuttle very helpful. A bargain. With a family of 6 it is hard to get cheap accom nr paris. The rooms are basic a bit like a ferry but it's perfect for the quick over night stop over. The breakfast was good value and worth paying for ontop. I left a bag with hair dryer and jewelry in the car park when we left. I called in unanounced on way home a week later, it had been handed in and they had kept it for me.thanks. Good and efficient reception. The rooms are clean and leave sufficient space to move. WIFI is free of charge in good quality available!. I was appalled to find out, on arrival, that the hotel didn't accept payment by checks. As I had left my card at home with my husband, paying the hotel bill in cash left me with just enough small change for the metro back to town!!!!!!!!! Of course I do understand the reasons behind this measure but I'd like to suggest you make this information as clear as possible on your site.I think that the breakfast could improve- with cheese, ham and croissants. better description of the room.. double bed and single.. the single was a bunk , which was difficult to reach due to old age. The room was a little too warm and I couldn't open the window. The only difficulty for me was getting to the hotel from the RER station. I had to wait for the taxi for a while since I didn't know how else to get there.There was not provision for worldwide plugs/sockets. Staff speak little English; I think there should be a Fluent English speaker around to make foreigners feel more at home. The bathroom was tiny and the air conditioning did not want to work on heating mode - it continued to blew cold air.Would have liked a hair-dryer in the bathroom. Not good directions on how to get there...but if coming from the airport-there is a free shuttle that takes you there...2nd stop. If coming from Paris center take RER B from Gare de Nord directly to airport and hop on shuttle. Shuttle to Airport from hotel is 2 Euro's.Directions to check in at night when dark were not too clear and I had to ask for help from persons in the car park area. Room very small but adequate. The floor got wet from shower--maybe a bathmat? The air conditioner did not work, but we opened the window. That was good.the airconditioning did not work properly: it still heated even if the control was set to 15 degrees Celsius; the service desk had no small change/coins for the beverage vending machine. When taking shuttle to hotel or airport destinations are not clear. Verify with driver which Premiere Classe hotel you want as there are two. Also verify which terminal you want to go to before getting on the shuttle.very very small bathroom. Needed to be clearer that there are two hotels with the same name.Directions to use the Airport Shuttle from the airport to the hotel, where missing. Difficult to understand how to find the shuttle. Make sure to either deadbolt the door shut at night or remember to putthe "Do not disturb" sign on, because otherwise the maids will just comein your room in the morning without knocking, assuming you are gone.They did this about 4 times to us while we were still sleeping.In the cubicle that was the shower room / loo the light bulb had gone. I reported this but they were slow to fix it infact we shared loos and had left before they did. It was difficult to find.It would be nice to know that there are 2 hotels and which one I was booked into instead of going to the wrong one first.. Also exact directions on how to find you as I was driving around for 2 hours in the dark!!!!. no phone in room and no public internet. the fact that i didnt get to see meals am familiar with n the menu at hipopotamus restaurant. Lack of Laundry facilities, bigger breakfast. It was a bit tatty in places. No telephone in the room or at each floor.Thought the breakfast was very poor. Would have appreciated access to the internet, a computer in the foyer perhaps, especially when I needed it because a message was not passed on. paying for a bottle of water from a machine that staff knew was faulty and not being allowed a refund and sleeping in a room with a bunk bed over my head. The smell. I did not like how early the cleaning staff came by in the morning.I had to wait for nearly 45 mintues for the pick up at the airport. No facilities to leave luggage after check-out. Common these days, however it still makes travel a hassle. Airport shuttle - hotel was at the second stop. I had no idea how I should know that detail. The french man and lady confirmed that by looking at my reservation. I still have no idea why it was not the Premier Classe hotel at the first stop. The Facilities at this hotel were very bad. There was no water at night. Water machine was taking coins. There was no coffee at night. I think hotel should take care of water availability.poor lighting in the room and sheets were ripped.
