  Basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed here with our two dogs for one night en route to Italy. There was a lake close by for walking the dogs and a nice little restaurant next door for food and drink before going to bed after a very long drive.   Great location, very friendly staff who helped after one of our party broke their wrist. Breakfast is quite extensive. Good bar in the basement of the building. Good balcony overlooking a nice square (room 24).   We needed an overnight stop on our journey to a ski resort. This was perfect. Staff were excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The location was a big plus factor. Parking in Moutiers is never easy, so the fact that the hotel had lots of parking space and was just outside the main centre, with a 10 minute walk in was spot on.   Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, food sensational. Close to the station but no noise from trains. - The location was very good as we had to spend one night between Lyon and Val Thorens. Moutiers is a small city, Isere is a beautifull river.
