  A very friendly hotel. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. They made room so we could park our car outside the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the back of the hotel which was really quiet. The room was a nice size and had good quality fittings and furnishings which were aesthetically pleasing.   Toured Eurpoe for 3 months with this being the best value for money of any hotel by a considerable margin. The package of meals and accommodation was absolutely superb.   Good value, great rooms. Place to keep our bikes and very helpful, friendly staff. Free tea and coffee which was nice. Breakfast was lovely.   It was a lovely cabin on the river. The room was cosy and clean with a nice view of the river and easy access for a walk along the river. It's a perfect location and peaceful surroundings to stay in if you would like to visit beautiful Macon city which is a 5 minute drive away. The farm animals on the property were nice to see too.
