  The staff were very helpful being as we did not speak much french they gave us accurate directions to use the Tram to the city centre only 10 min walk to nearest station and only 1.60 euro single on the tram each good valule.   We where 'en route' during our holiday and had a perfect stay, with very friendly staff, clean, silent and comfortable rooms (airco). All was very new and well organized/equiped. We can highly recommend this for a short stay or stop-over. - Great value for money budget hotel. Wonderful Italian restaurant next door.
