  After travelling around France and Italy for 3 weeks, it was a relief to find a top quality hotel at a very resonable price, more on par with the standards I have experienced aroung the world.   The two bedroom apartment was spacious and fresh - perfect for our stay with two older children. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Fab little Patisserie next door for a nice breakfast. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  The location of Residence du Cap itself is lovely with its views over the sea & surrounding coastline at the front and up into the hills at the back - a minute's walk from the sea, but set back from the main road so very quiet. We had a two bedroom apartment which was well equipped and worked well with two children and a baby. Loved the terrace in front of the reception. The final night the aircon failed and we really didn't want to move just as the kids were going to sleep. When we checked out they knocked 40 euros off the bill without me having to ask. I think that says a lot. Would definately return.
